What is a business owner’s policy?

Sometimes referred to as a BOP, this is insurance coverage that provides Property and General Liability insurance to small businesses.  Coverage is usually provided for Property, Business Interruption, General Liability, and Crime Protection.                                                                                        

Is the liability portion of the policy subject to audit?  NO

Do you offer Workers’ Compensation and Commercial Auto coverage?  YES

Is my high value dental equipment covered under the BOP? 

Not automatically.  We can provide coverage on an Inland Marine policy.

Is Malpractice Insurance provided under the BOP?  

No.  However, Bell & Hudson can provide you with a separate policy with an insurance company that specializes in Malpractice Insurance.
