What do you need in order to quote?

We would need a list of your vehicles, names, license info, and dates of birth of  your drivers, and loss runs from your current insurance company.

How many years of claim experience are reviewed to quote my business?

The carrier looks at a 5 year claim history.  Any large claims are individually reviewed and won’t necessarily disqualify you from the program.               

My business transports people from nursing homes to medical appointments.  Do I qualify for the program?

YES.  The program allows medical transports on a non-emergency basis only.

My driver was involved in an accident that wasn’t our fault.  There was no damage to our vehicle, but we had clients on the van.  Should we put in a claim?

YES!  Anytime you have an accident with clients on board, a claim should be  submitted.  Even if there are no injuries at the time of the accident, something could come up at a later date.  You do not want to jeopardize your coverage by not notifying your carrier of the claim.
