Our Personal Insurance Department includes Sr. Customer Service Rep., Candace McNeaney, CIC, CISR, Trisha Krafchuk, Christine Boulais, and Jeanne Boulais. They are available to meet with you to discuss the personal insurance needs of you and your family. Would you like a quote? REGISTRY SERVICE HERE IN OUR OFFICE Bell and Hudson Insurance Agency now has the authority to issue new license plates, transfer registrations to newly owned vehicles, renew registrations, and issue plate receipts here at our office in Belchertown. A nominal additional fee is charged for this instant, on-site service for new plates, transfers, and renewals. For registry transactions that are not eligible for this new service, we make weekly trips to the Registry.

Several of the companies we represent now have the availability of 24 hour – 7 day claim reporting directly to the insurance company! This new option streamlines the process and gets the claim settlement wheels in motion immediately. Below is a listing of companies that offer 24 hour - 7 day claim reporting directly to the company.
